# Get Started

This page walks you through the basic steps of using each tool on Pictor's AI Creative Studio.

### Create Account

Go to [creative.pictor.network](https://creative.pictor.network) and sign in with Google or Petra wallet.

### Top-up Credit or Subscribe to a Plan

To generate images and videos, you need credit in your account.

You can either top up credits manually or subscribe to a plan.

* Navigate to the **Credit Deposit** page
* Enter the USDT amount and click **Deposit**
* Confirm the transaction on the blockchain, and Credits will be automatically added to your account

* Navigate to the **View Plans** page on the header.
* Choose a suitable plan and subscribe.

### Generate Images and Videos

#### **1. Open Image Gen**

From the left sidebar, go to **Tools → Image Gen**.&#x20;

This is the main workspace where you can generate images using AI, either from text alone or with an additional reference image.

#### **2. Describe what you want to create**

* Enter a **text prompt** describing the image you want to generate.
* Optionally, upload a **reference image** to guide the style or composition.

**Note**:

* You can choose to generate either 1 image or 4 images at the same time.
* The estimated credit cost will be shown automatically based on your current plan.

#### 3. Customize image settings

Click **Settings** to configure how your image will be generated.

Here, you can select:

* An **aspect ratio** that fits your use case (9:16, 3:4, 1:1, 4:3, 16:9)
* An **export format**, such as PNG or JPEG

#### 4. (Optional): Enhance your prompt

If you are unsure about prompt wording or want more polished results, click **Enhance Prompt**.\
This feature automatically improves your prompt by adding visual details and structure, while keeping your original intent.

You can review the enhanced version before continuing.

#### 5. Generate your images

* Once everything is ready, click **Generate**.

* Your request will be processed, and the generated images will be displayed directly in the conversation view.

#### 6. Review and refine results

* After the images are generated, you can download them immediately.

* You can also refine the results with prompt-based edits or built-in tools to modify specific areas, resize the image, change styles, upscale resolution, replace backgrounds, or adjust colors.

#### 7. (Optional): Mint as an NFT

* If you want to turn your image into a digital asset, you can mint it as an **NFT on Aptos** directly from the result panel.

* Once minted, the NFT will appear in **My NFTs** and be linked to your wallet.

Pictor Creative Studio includes **02 video generation tools**, each designed for a different production scope.

* **Video Gen** generates individual video clips from text prompts or image references, with configurable settings such as quality, aspect ratio, and duration.
* **Cartoon Gen** is a full cartoon production pipeline that generates videos through story, scenes, and characters, ensuring character consistency across all scenes in a project.

### Video Gen

Navigate to **Tools > Video Gen** and follow the steps below to start generating your video:

1. **Enter your prompt**\
   Type a text description of the video you want to create.

2. **Add an image reference (optional)**\
   Upload an image if you want the video to follow a specific character, style, or visual reference.

3. **Configure video settings**\
   Select the video quality, aspect ratio, duration, and optional style.

The interface will preview the estimated credit cost before you generate it, based on your current plan.

4. **Generate the video**\
   Click **Generate** to create the video clip.

5. **Download the video**\
   After generation, download the video to your personal computer.

### Cartoon Gen

You can use **Cartoon Gen** to create a complete cartoon video from a single idea, using a professional production pipeline.

To get started, navigate to **Tools > Cartoon Gen** and follow the steps below:

1. **Create a new cartoon project**

* Click New Project
* Give your project a name, and describe your video idea.&#x20;
* Click **Create**.

2. **Generate the story**

* Re-edit your story (if needed), and click **Generate Story**.&#x20;
* AI will craft a narrative story for you.

3. **Build scenes**

* Review the generated story. If it doesn't meet your needs, you can edit it manually or re-generate it.
* If the story is okay, click **Proceed to Scenes** > **Generate Scenes.**

* AI will then break your story into scenes with dialogue. You can edit or add scenes manually.
* Next, click **Proceed to Character.**

4. **Create characters**

* AI will extract characters from your scenes and generate character sheets with a consistent appearance.
* Next, generate the characters
* Then, click **Proceed to Video Generation** to start generating a video for each scene.

5. **Generate videos scene by scene**

* Generate videos sequentially for each scene.
* You can track progress, review content, and see the credit cost for each scene before generation.

6. **Review and finalize**\
   Once all scenes are completed, review the full cartoon and export the final result.

Cartoon Gen is ideal for animated stories, short films, and cartoon projects that require consistent characters and structured storytelling.
